We operate a cashless system at Warlingham and all school meals, trips, donations, classroom sales, etc are paid via the online secure payment system, WisePay.

Students can make purchases from the canteen using their thumbprint, which is biometrically scanned and linked to their account. 

To set up an account, parents/carers are sent an email with their login details once the child has attended their first day of school. Please note that you must have separate passwords for each child, although you can have the same email address as the login name. 

A WisePay app can be downloaded to your mobile phone via your mobile provider’s app store to make logging in to your child’s account easier. Our organisation code is 37888778.

Please note that payments made overnight will not update on the meal balance until the canteen’s tills have been switched on the following morning.
