Assistant Head: Emma Tindall
Emma started her teaching career in 2008 at a challenging inner London school in Islington, where she was Head of Department for five years. Under her leadership, the Department had a proven track record for improving student outcomes.
In 2015 she joined Warlingham as Head of Sociology, and in January 2021, she was promoted to Assistant Headteacher a role in which she is responsible for personal development.
Emma is passionate about student development and strives always to provide high quality teaching and learning to all students in her care.
Emma is a dedicated life-long learner and gained a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Theology and Religious Studies, followed by a PGCE in Religious Education, both from Roehampton University. She has completed a National Professional Qualification in Middle Leadership, and more recently, a National Professional Qualification in Senior Leadership.
As a mother with a young family, in what little spare time she gets, she enjoys crafting and getting out in the great outdoors.
