Headteacher, Paul Foster, said, “This cohort of students have shown real commitment, courage and kindness in the face of a disrupted and difficult 18 months. They deserve real credit and should feel proud of their academic achievements. These represent an excellent set of results that reflect their hard work and dedication over the entire course of their GCSEs and I look forward to seeing them build on their success in their Key Stage 5 studies.”
Deputy Headteacher, Steve Day, was delighted that the hard work of students and teachers has been rewarded, and said, “We are extremely pleased with the level of effort and commitment of students over the last two years. After a very uncertain, unsettling year it has been a real pleasure to see so many excited students this morning. We are confident that this group of students are well-equipped to go on to the next stage of their education and have a good foundation on which to build”.
We look forward to welcoming the vast majority of them into Warlingham Sixth Form College in September to continue their learning journey with us and we wish everyone in the year group all the very best for the future. We would also like to acknowledge and thank the teachers and tutors for all of their support throughout the past two years.
